They were great. They came to our place after hours to make sure we were taken care of in the heat.
It was second time in several years, same tech did the service. Cannot give him a greater complement than give me a raise, courtious, honest and provided me with options on my repair. 10+
Starting with Lexy in customer service I had nothing but a good experience from the get go. Justin called showed up at specified time did the maintenance check and saved me a lot of money on future repairs when he found a nest of mice in the bottom of the outside unit. I am so thankful to both he and Lexy. I already knew D&B Havc was good from work done in the past. Been with them many years. Thank you!!
D&B does a thorough job and the technicians are professional. I trust them to take of our systems and to treat us right.
Both technicians were very professional. They check my system and found a loose wire and fixed it promptly and showed me a picture of how they had fixed it such that it should not occur again.
