I wish all of my doctors were like Dr. Parker. He is down-to-earth, okay to interrupt him with my thoughts/ questions. He was able to explain to me how the two MRI's support each other. Prior surgeon consults were unable to explain to me what is happening to my spine. But he did!
I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Orthovirginia for the exceptional care and support I received during my surgery. Knowing that I was in such capable hands brought me great comfort during the procedure. Each member of the team was not only helpful but also genuinely compassionate, which made a significant difference in my experience. Thank you all for your kindness and dedication.
Everyone was completely lovely to our daughter. Ellen was pre-op and made a point to talk to her directly and gave her as much autonomy and patience about the whole thing as possible. Lin and Shereta (sp?) from the OR took the handout and made sure she felt safe and welcome. Holly was our discharge nurse, and very gentle & patient.
Dr. Parker was patient understanding and tried diligently to relate to my son and his injury. We have a great plan going forward and look forward to seeing him again on our follow up appointments.
The unanimous 5 star reviews say it all about Dr. Parker. I saw him the first time 12 years ago and was as impressed then as I was this time round with his knowledge of the subtleties of my hip issues and the pros and cons of various lines of treatment. He is thoughtful, holistic, wise, and super personable. A doctor who reminds you what being a doctor is truly about.
