Very good service and amazing people.
I brought my 2024 Cadillac to D-1 Auto Body for repairs after receiving a written estimate. Before approving the work, I asked multiple times to confirm the total cost and was assured that nothing would change. Based on that, I decided to move forward. On June 13, 2025, I paid deposit in cash when I approved the repair. I dropped off my car on June 30, 2025, and picked it up on July 4, 2025, paying the remaining cost by debit card. Last week, I had a minor incident in Los Angeles — the front of my Tesla was dented and badly scratched. I brought it to D1 Auto Body without expecting much, but I was genuinely impressed. From the pricing to the customer service, everything exceeded expectations. The staff was helpful and professional — definitely a go-to spot for repairs.
Brought my Tesla 2022 Model Y here. Donny, the owner, assisted us to create an estimate. They were super transparent about everything (the necessary repairs and cosmetic repairs) - talking about giving me a tour of the my car under my car. They are a Tesla certified bodyshop with very reasonable rates. Brought my estimate from Tesla (~8k) to 1.2k.
