This review is specifically of the Cytogenx billing department, since they seem intent on causing me as much stress as possible. A year and a half ago, my doctor (in-network) sent my labs here (out-of -network ). I didn't have a choice where labs were sent, nor did I know my doctor was planning to send to an out of network provider. One year later out of the blue I get a bill from these guys for ~$2500. They tell me my insurance has sent me checks to send to them. I can't find checks and calling my insurance just goes around... read more
