Horrible - this guy Cyril is a liar. I decided to work with his partner - Drury Brown - who told me he would have to bring Cyril to work with us. After showing me 2 properties that had nothing to do with what I was looking for, I walked into a pre-construction opportunity and decided to buy my first property in that way.
