July 22nd had black mushroom growing so we requested maintenance. The maintenance and EHS came out and got rid of the mushroom and said let's watch and see (when there was clearly black mold with mushrooms growing!!1). August 2nd we see mushroom growing again near where the first mushroom appeared. It was Friday and they said they couldn't do anything so we waited till Monday and they were finally able to move us out on August 8th. I have such an amazing experience with Cypress Village apartment homes office people, especially Nichole Gerber, Nichole helped me through the process and was patient enough to accommodate my request. I appreciate all the help and support Nichole has provided to me.
The worst Irvine Company apartment. STAY AWAY. The management don’t care about the resident and potential tenants at all. I scheduled a tour and arrived on time but they didn’t give me a room for tour. Also, the real person in the leasing room just sat in front of the computer without any asking…SUPER RUDE
I've been here for 8-9 years. I requested several things maintenances and Abraham fixed everything perfectly and rapidly. I think he is one of the most well-trained engineer. I'm so thankful to all the staffs in cypress village. God bless you.
