Warning Mold Issues Do not move here. Serious mold problems and they will not let you out of your lease. I did not feel well and had no idea what was causing my increase of symptoms. I heard from other residents about mold coming out of the vents. I checked mine and sure enough mold from the HVAC system. I moved out and am still paying rent. They had a company clean and then tested the air quality without running the system and told me it was safe. I tested it again and it showed mold. I am paying so I don’t get an eviction ... read more
Love this place Love these apartments! Jesus has always been super kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend living here!
They are def racist rude people that will only give the people they chose an apartment. They kept pressuring me to lie on my application and i didnt need to because i was more than qualified for the apartment so the ******* had me do a work verification a way yo , hurry it up " which i knew sounded off but the ******* is telling you to do it this way that's what your going yo do. The apartments are good for the most part but the parking is shit. I wouldn't live here because the office don't nothing about parking. We having towing but nobody gets towed when they should. I swear if one person hits my car they gonna get a butt whooping...
First of all get water bills. My cousin has not recieved a water bill in months.... Number two- get someone who knows what they are doing in the office- instead of letting two kids run the funny farm..... Geez.
Is this how you treat your residents? New management towed car of single mom at Christmas. Four year resident and got towed in the middle of the night without warning. Costs $300 just to get the car out same day. Bah Humbug.
The ladies in the office are super sweet they helped me with the entire process from beginning to end. The owner was super kind to me always ready to help whenever I asked for it. They have a beautiful green trees and the grounds keeper is always making sure the Parking lot is clean. Any questions I asked they were always answered. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a safe place to live.
