Finished w/orentation, first week down w/training. Mike is a great trainer, doesn't get flustered or short with folks. Explains Cypresses methods well. Answers questions honestly. Can't give 5 stars yet because I'm not done yet or experianced with the company. But I can say it's much better learning here than my last company. I don't feel like I'm being told what I want too hear just too get my tail in a seat like some outfits do. The amount of drivers there with 5/10/20 years speaks more about the company than all the flash... read more
