I LOVE my apartment! When I moved in a few months ago, I expected a roach infested dump because of the low rent. It was the total opposite. I have not seen 1 bug and my apartment was very clean! The walls were freshly painted and the carpet still had lines from the steam cleaner. Office staff have been very nice. This apartment has everything you need... If I could pick less than one star I would. Condition of community is horrible and maintenance is a joke. Don't get locked into a lease here. I have videos to prove my case, so feel free to reach out. Their staff have the pretense of care but their actions do not prove that to be true. If your maintenance staff can not repair items they should be fired.
Its okay but pray nothing ever breaks down! I am pissed right now. AGAIN..as always the air-condition isn't working right. It WONT STOP running! My bill is about 200$. And its been THREE weeks now and no one come to fix it! I called few times and left orders to be looked at. Twice telling them by mouth. But nooooooo! No one shows! I have my apartment sprayed and sprayed. I will do a clean out this coming week I only live here because it's afforable and it doesn't brake the Bank but as far as being a tenant I lived on the thrid floor with no roaches i moved to a apartment on the first floor and i have a roach infestation since moving but after this last Clean out i know the roaches are not stop but the front office or corporate need to work somthing out
Need upgrading EVERTHING is old can even get a filter for a.c. did. Can t wait to leave very soon...
They dont fix shit N they lie about what they dont fix. Dont waste ya money or time here
