DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE. If you want to spared of hundreds of dollars of false charges, run around from employees and managers, then do not go here. I went in for a covered visit in March of 2015 and then later they billed me for testing that I NEVER ordered. It’s been almost a year that I’ve tried to discuss and resolve the several billing errors that Cypress Spring Family Care has committed and I’ve failed to settle the matter with the billing department. There have been inaccurate and duplicate charges as well as wrong, duplicate, and missing billing codes among other issues.
