I grew up here as a child, they must've come a LONG way to get a 3.5 star review. Living here was horrible! Worst experience of my life, at least I learned how to shoot lol
I absolutely love my new apartment
I moved in about 8-9 months ago and Gabriel was and is very friendly and pleasant.He is helpful and supportive. T.J the manager is very understanding. I had issues with a few appliances and they were taken care of with no problems. When I was furloughed he was very understanding. (Thank-you) The maintenance crew has been on spot. They do have flex and domuso payment for rent options. So far I love it. My area is quiet. They keep the outside clean. Trash is kept up around the dumpsters. They have roaches. The office staff is incompetent. They lose your apartment keys and then tell you maintenance is going to charge a fee because they’re unable to get in. You get what you pay for. When you ask for clarification or move out charges they ignore you and send your bill to collections. Gabriel is unprofessional and they lack order and decorum.
