Very disappointing experience with Cypress Run and leasing consultant Gabriel Holloway. We applied and paid a deposit after being told move-in could be “as soon as April 24,” which was critical for our out-of-state relocation. After paying, we were informed that no units were actually available for that date and that the earliest availability would be in May. We are super excited to call Cypress Run home! Gabe has been absolutely phenomenal! I can honestly say that of all the places that I have lived at the people here have been the most attentive of any other apartments! My work orders are done in a timely fashion, and there’s never been anything that they simply could not get fixed. I’ve dealt with scummy apartments before where they never wanted to hire outside work but this place has not been like that at all - they know what they can do and also what need specialist help! Gabriel is so professional. Kenteshee is doing an awesome. The maintenance people are so professional too.
Been here 10 years. I lived through 6 managers and not once have we been here that they never update the inside of the apartment. The new manager is very nice. Its the only place that is affordable.
Gabriel was awesome while . He is very knowledgeable on the units and cost . The apartment complex was very clean and very quiet. I am very pleased and impressed with office/leasing management the complex. Tiffany Thibodeau
