This was thought to be a nice place to live until we've had numerous problems with maintenance issues. We had a leak from the upstairs that poured into us, we had outlets that didn't work, we had a hole in our door and door knob had to be changed. We moved out 9 days early and followed instructions on how to turn water off and apartment and SC water Department is trying to bill us for what the apartment used for remaining days . Don't trust anyone!
This apartment is only nice on the outside. My husband and I have lived here since June 2014 and were tricked by this place. The front office is the only place that is well maintained and built to last. Since June, we have had a broken shower, broken front door, the gates damaged our car (and we were called liars by the staff when we told them about the faulty gates). Looks to be a nice complex, in progress of being built in stages. Maybe end of year finish? Suggest that they please put a SIGN at the road entrance off of Ladson Hwy # 78, to designate their road onto Blue House Road ! Easy to miss !! Also a LIGHT street type there for DARK weather and nightime! That is not costly at all! Traffic will increse so SC DOT must consider a form of traffic signal there to allow cars to exit LEFT from Blue House Road. Not in the year 2020 either..NOW !!!
