This was thought to be a nice place to live until we've had numerous problems with maintenance issues. We had a leak from the upstairs that poured into us, we had outlets that didn't work, we had a hole in our door and door knob had to be changed. We moved out 9 days early and followed instructions on how to turn water off and apartment and SC water Department is trying to bill us for what the apartment used for remaining days . Don't trust anyone!
This apartment is only nice on the outside. My husband and I have lived here since June 2014 and were tricked by this place. The front office is the only place that is well maintained and built to last. Since June, we have had a broken shower, broken front door, the gates damaged our car (and we were called liars by the staff when we told them about the faulty gates).
