Horrible experience since CREA took over my apartment complex.Avoid moving in to one of their "investments". It's clear they are only in the business to make a buck. With the multi-family market being as saturated as it is today, renters do not have to sacrifice their quality of life by living in one of CREA's communities where you will not be treated with any level of respect.
