Andrew Jones helped us buy our house in Point Arena, and he was professional and efficient in the process. He lent his detailed local knowledge from having grown up in Point Arena to help us understand the area and the local real estate market. He efficiently arranged all inspections and went above and beyond to facilitate visits from a couple contractors to understand the structural integrity of the house. We hugely appreciated the personal and local touch and very much recommend working with him and Cypress Properties!
Andrew went above and beyond to help me through the process of buying a house while out of state and in the midst of a pandemic. He represented the seller as well, and I was immensely impressed with how honest and ethical he was every step of the way to make sure we all came out happy. Considering all the obstacles, his quick responses to questions and knowledge of the local area helped make what could have been a difficult or impossible transaction easy and fast.
