From the moment I met my nurse Mia, I received "above perfect" quality care after neck surgery. She is very personable, ALWAYS a smile, attentive and makes you feel like you are her only patient. I never once had to call her for anything; she always checked on me and listened to my stories even between giving care to others. I always enjoyed each visit and was sad when her shift ended but so thankful to see her the next day!
