Apartments are very cheaply made for how much you’re paying... I was barely able to use my outlets because they were so loose that plugs would fall out. I filed for maintenance as soon as I moved in for minor things (entire toilet shakes, dead lights, etc.) and they didn’t come for a couple of months and then looked at it and realized they didn’t have the right parts and then never came back and fixed it, to my knowledge. Best apartment homes EVER! Staff really goes that extra mile!!!!
Kami, Kyoko, and Cindy are an amazing team!! Out of the two other places I've rented from here in ILM, Cypress Pointe is by far the best!! So quiet and secluded with the mature landscape, which surprised me being so close to the college. Perfect central location to the beach, downtown, and Mayfaire. :)
