Do not live here!!!!! I can’t even put into words how horrible of an experience living here was. Unhealthy living conditions is an understatement. Since day one, my dishwasher was broken and holding a ton of old water and food (leaking out on the floor- the smell was horrendous- it took them months to actually replace it after maintenance lied and said they did). I like my apartments. If you want peace, darkness, and solitude, this the place for any antisocial peeps. I have told them for a month my fridge is dying. They came, they looked at it, they left. Now, as a hurricane is approaching, it is dead. My $10 cheese is going bad. I’m pissed. I haven’t once complained about the OVERFLOWING CONTAINER of trash outside our building until now. I highly suggest you DO NOT LIVE HERE. Here’s why: FIRST, they THREATENED TO SUE ME FOR DEFAMATION AND SLANDER IF I DID NOT REMOVE EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW I AND ANY OF MY GUESTS HAD WRITTEN. THEN THEY ATTEMPTED TO BRIBE ME BY CLAIMING THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME $200 FOR REMOVING THESE REVIEWS. My AC has gone out 4 or 5 times in the past month. I have called several times this evening with no response. I’ve been a resident for over 10 years and the new owners / management don’t seem to take that into consideration at all.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Outrageous rent increase since in the last year, even though there have been zero improvements to the units. Nothing has been fixed since the hurricane. Equipment/appliances are always breaking, window seals are broken, shingles are still missing. No attention has been paid to fix any of the units. Maintenance is horrible. The internet is rarely working in the clubhouse which can be crucial for college kids. I have never been so unhappy with a place I was renting from.
