We recently sold our house, put our belongings in storage and are looking for a furnished corporate unit before we can actually move from the area (military move). Complex advertised corporate units, but when I called, they say it was a minimum 3 month lease. I've used corporate housing in several cities and it generally implies furnished, all bills paid, and no lease (usually 30 day minimum). Beware their false advertising.
Great place to live, Hate to move but need more room..
The apartment was nice. The staff is slow about fixing things. The aparment complex cheats you out of the deposit. Out of \$150 deposit I received \$25 back. They said I did not vacuum, mop,wipe the counters/cabinets. In which I know I did I had three other people helping me move. I advise you to take pictures when leaving these apts. The staff is dishonest
