This apartment condos are owned and managed by High Properties. I personally love this apartment complex for 2 reasons : 1. everything you need is IN Unit ( makes a hell lot of a difference especially during this pandemic where everyone is trying to avoid sharing / mixing up essential utilities) 2. This is on the quite side of NW just after Ellis Park : so essentially you can run from the complex to the park and back and that is a quick work out :) I stay on the top most building and the top floor so I have no complaints ! Not worth the price in the winter time. The drive is so steep and the landlord doesn’t bother to scope the parking spots. Have fun trying to get out. You’ll need tall boots to get in your car. Terrible.
