Worse place to live. Roach and rat infested. They never come fix anything but ate quick to ask for rent payments even though they failed with section 8. Changed the way people we can pay tent without telling anyone.and never come fix anything reported. Anything the last manager was trying to fix before they fired her they will not follow on. Managers are very unprofessional . Maintenance sucks. The weather strip at the bottom of my door never got fixed until my friend fixed it. Cars get broken into, mailbox get broken into a lot as well. They didn’t get no cameras or lights installed by mailboxes, all they told us was to check our mail before by 3pm I lived here for 2 years maintenance never show up after having you wait all day, water constantly gets cut off without notice or notice within the next 30 of it about to get cut off. Hello I stay here and haven't had any problems maintenance is fast and quick office management is very respectful and kind very quickly I would recommend moving here and everyone just mind their own business they don't be in your business unless you call them to be in your business... signed by Kim I recommended I've been here for 6 years
I would give it one start if can . The office lady doesn’t to like her job . Had my car window broken twice in the last 6 months. Would not recommend moving here. They said it has been going on for more than 2 years. I don’t understand why they haven’t installed cameras raising the rent so damm high. Always no parking . I never right a review but this the one of the worst apartments around the area.
