I don’t recommend these nasty apartments full of roaches and rats . . Ever since Gloria left They don’t take care of the apartments like she did . New manager is so rude to children while they are out swimming
This property is great. Management keeps up on the grounds so the property looks great. Management is polite and great to work with.
Read the reviews before signing that lease!! The place has a huge roach problem and are too lazy to do anything about it. They will not fix serious issues that need to be fixed nor do they care when you let them know how it affects your health, money or time. Spending money on roach spray, traps, and things to avoid them from coming inside ur apartment should NOT be a necessity when your already giving them money to begin with to live here and fix things when you truly desperately need it. I moved in a few months ago and I had to transfer units because of a tremendous roach infestation in my unit. The first day I moved in, I killed at least 20. It was an ongoing thing the few months I was there and this cost me a lot of out of pocket expenses trying to exterminate the issue. The thing I did appreciate was them allowing me to transfer units which I did this month and I haven’t had any problems so far, although my neighbors have told mr to keep an eye out for roaches and RATS. Its now june of 2025 and this place is still very horrible. They came to fix my door and messed it up instead. I have no working door to lock and the screen door isn't even finished. When I tried talking to the management about it they kept trying to say I have to wait a day when I can't even lock my door properly for my apartment to be safe.
