Update 9/15/2025. They are now harrassing me about my halloween decorations but havent told anyone else about the decorations. There are alot of things they are pointing out for us but there is also all the other tenants doing the same yet it feels like they are trying to find any way to kick me out because they only messe with me. Office staff is very friendly and answered all the questions I had with care. Property looks nice and there is always someone cleaning grounds
I don’t recommend these nasty apartments full of roaches and rats . . Ever since Gloria left They don’t take care of the apartments like she did . New manager is so rude to children while they are out swimming
This property is great. Management keeps up on the grounds so the property looks great. Management is polite and great to work with.
Read the reviews before signing that lease!! The place has a huge roach problem and are too lazy to do anything about it. They will not fix serious issues that need to be fixed nor do they care when you let them know how it affects your health, money or time. Spending money on roach spray, traps, and things to avoid them from coming inside ur apartment should NOT be a necessity when your already giving them money to begin with to live here and fix things when you truly desperately need it.
