Park Square home. We had shower issues day 1. Fixed it 3 times during warrenty Recently after 1 year warranty notice the wall bubbling and bowing ...more shower water damage. The grout the Linscott Plumbing did for Park Square ...is not waterproof. You must seal it. If you used Linscott Plumbing just know the water stays under the tile it's not waterproof. Removing the old caulk was just the beginning to start and see all the water that was being held.
Will have to say, Irma took the time to show us around and answer all the questions we had. Definitely will recommend it in the future.
