We had such a great experience at Cypress Park Estates with D.R. Horton! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located—close to everything but still quiet and family-friendly. We were drawn to Cypress Park Estates because it initially looked like a nice community, but our experience has been very different. The area has serious safety concerns, including visible gang activity, shootings reported in the nearby park during the day, one person has died so far and unsafe streets due to frequent street racing and large car meets.
