We are glad we moved here back in 2018. Had nothing but good experiences. The unit is bigger and more functional than many in the same area. Management is committed to excellent upkeep and maintenance. Have an issue? Just let them know and it will be resolved. Although no security gate it has been a quiet and safe community. Friendly neighbors, pets allowed. Plenty of parking (don't know why there was a negative comment about that). We feel at home here!
I absolutely love my home, especially its spacious size. We have plenty of parking, and the entire community is very clean and well organized. Our neighbors are friendly, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Amber and Niko are wonderful — they do an excellent job assisting us and always resolve any issues promptly. Their support truly makes a difference. Overall, it’s a fantastic community to live in, and I highly recommend it!
We've been here for almost 2 years now and couldnt be happier! Close to everything but yet we not on top of everything either. Neighbors are quiet, friendly. Maintenance in the place is amazing (all the buildings just were repainted) Staff are friendly an accommodating. Its clean, safe, and welcoming. Edit: on year 5 now and down a star just because there's been a change in the property manager.
Not recommended I used to really enjoy living here when Mariana was in charge of the administration. She was extremely competent, and everything was well-organized. Unfortunately, after she left, the management has been a complete disaster. The property is not maintained properly—there are rats, cockroaches, and the facilities are in terrible condition.
