RecommendedI wanted to start off with the support staff. So many times, we love our practitioners, yet grumble about the people we deal with the most. EVERYONE IS NICE, HERE! From the people who answer the phones, to the receptionist, lab, Nurses and M.A.s, and referrals... Our practitioner is Jennifer and she is consistent with her bedside manner: respectful, patient, empathetic, and never rushed. I've seen her with very young patients and very old. Soon to be open in Tomball!! I highly recommend this practice!
Been going past 15 years, Doctor McClendon and all his staff are courteous and professional and treat you like your their personal friend
I do recommend the clinic but what is up with the phone today?
I have tried to contact M. Simmons by email concerning issues I had with a recent visit. My emails went unanswered. I was seen by Jennifer Crosby for an annual checkup. At this point, I would not return to this clinic.
Just got a bill from 2004!! It's 2016!! Front desk is rude and obviously can't get their act together.
