RecommendedLove living here! Enjoy the little gatherings they have for residents and the accommodations, especially the gym and pool. We have the 2 bed 2 bath suites which have a split floor plan ( great design). Lived here 2 years going on 3, highly recommend !
i believe the rexford at waterford lakes is by far the best place to live. they warmly opened their arms to us and have always been so genuine,patient,understanding and supportive and we have never found that in any other place. they made moving so easy. everyone in the office is absolutely amazing. thank u so much for everything.
Great place to live!! If there is an issue,fixed right away. Friendly staff always. The staff will bend over backwards to help! Close to shopping everything you would need. Great amenities.
The overall experience here is great. Very nice staff and maintenance calls are taken care of fairly quick. The only issue that arises is loud neighbors, of which complaints have been made. Outside of that, I love living here!

I believe that Rexford at Water Lakes is one of the best and lovely community where you can feel and see every thing around you. For me as a resident. I am living in this community since May 2017.
