Didn't move here, but I'm glad I didn't. We were told at our scheduled tour that German Shepherds were recently removed from the breed restrictions list, due to us asking about our pet policy for our pup. That was not the case, the exact opposite:they were recently added. I don't blame the asst manager that said that: she could've misunderstood- I blame the manager who told me, basically, that I misheard the woman giving us a tour and she didn't want to take the blame for bad information coming from their side. Like most tenants say about this place, it’s the worst. I’ve had the roach problems as well. But one person in the office is such B!!! It didn’t get any better after the front building burned down and please do let it rain too hard for a long time. If you don’t have a lifted truck your not getting out.
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Fixing things is basically rigging things up. The first apartment I moved into had Roaches. It’s disgusting. The pool is never cleaned. This place is money hungry I could go on for days of reasons not to live here.
Watch out for mice, you may have one crawl into bed with you. Cypress Lakes corporate management team, refused to honor a 2 day hotel stay after I had a mouse for 4 days. Tonti Property Corporate Management person was a B... and she didn't care at all, I've been a resident for 3 years. Chris Dalton The site doesn't even allow stern language.
A year ago I would've gladly giving 5 stars but now I'm taking away 2 and here's why: -New owners; well actually, Tonti still owns the property it's just the kids have taken over. Apparently they appear to be more into poring as much into their pockets as possible. Upkeep is now down to a bare minimum. For example, there use to be nice gardens at various areas throughout the property, but now they have since been dug up and replaced with sod. -New Manager and office staff. W... Continue Reading
If you get a loft they will tell you upfront that they are HARDER to cool. What they should tell you is that the lofts DO NOT cool down at all well in the summer. They did not tell me the truth about the loft. THEY LIED TO GET ME INTO THE APARTMENT. My loft would hold a temperature of 86-88 degrees up until 10:00PM at night even with the air conditioner on high. My utility bills in this tiny loft were almost $150.00 a month and it was hotter than hot coals. It was horrible. So they have a rule against double parking yet thei... read more
