This place is horrible! Don't trust them to do anything other then check-ups and maybe shots. They charged me +$800 for a false diagnosis. They have zero clue what they're doing.
Huge shoutout to Cypress Lake Animal Hospital for taking such amazing care of our pups, Max and Macy! The staff is incredibly kind, the doctors are top-notch, and the place is spotless! You can really feel how much they care. So thankful for their dedication and compassion, we highly recommend them!
This establishment has the most courteous, caring staff and doctors I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Ratajski explained every step of our pups procedure. While her surgery went smoothly her discomfort and reactions after waking up were alarming to him. He felt it was best for her to stay the night just to make sure she got the proper rest and if anything was to come about there was a team right there to respond immediately. Everyone was very kind, hence the 3 stars, but I was left disappointed by the experience. I brought in a stray kitten I rescued from the wild, and the test for feline leukemia came back inconclusive, the second test came back positive. They immediately recommended euthanasia when we were ready. I paid a few hundred dollars to have the test sent to a lab for definite testing and thankfully it came back completely negative (meaning the vets test was a false positive) but I was disturbed that they would've immediately euthanize... read more
