Dr. Ratajski and the team at Cypress Lakes helped my elderly cat, Ophelia, last year when she got ill. They took the time to explain her illness and how they could treat it. She got better and lived another 11 months when she fell ill again. This time, we made the decision to end her suffering. Dr. Ratajski was so kind throughout the process and took such great care of our family. I really can't recommend them enough.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! And they also have very affordable packages for vaccines, blood work, and wellness exams.
Everyone was kind but I was left disappointed and rather shocked by the experience. I brought in a stray kitten I rescued from the wild, and the test for feline leukemia came back inconclusive, the second test came back positive. They immediately recommended euthanasia. I paid a few hundred dollars to have the test sent to a lab for definite testing and thankfully it came back completely negative (meaning the vets test was a false positive) but I was disturbed that they would've immediately euthanized the healthy kitten if w... read more
This place is horrible! Don't trust them to do anything other then check-ups and maybe shots. They charged me +$800 for a false diagnosis. They have zero clue what they're doing.
Huge shoutout to Cypress Lake Animal Hospital for taking such amazing care of our pups, Max and Macy! The staff is incredibly kind, the doctors are top-notch, and the place is spotless! You can really feel how much they care. So thankful for their dedication and compassion, we highly recommend them!
