Hello guys I wanna share my experience and this post is more advice for the parents when I was little like at 8 I got sent to cypress grove and it was absolutely horrible I don’t remember much from then but there was another time I was admitted I was like 15/16 the place was Infested with bed bugs and the staff didn’t care about you one of the staff punched and drag a 7 year old by the hair and she was tiny one of the staff was putting us in drama because they were beefing at the time it was horrible the cafeteria put Laxati... read more
went here, they didnt tell my mother or family where i was, my things were stolen by staff and never returned, naked pictures of me where taken by staff which I’m most certainly sure isn’t standard procedure. i was bullied by staff and other patients. This place was dirty and disgusting. You sat in these dirty giant grey chairs all day and watched the same movie everyday and went outside for 30 seconds before they force you into a dirty, cold gymnasium.
I’d rather die than spend another week here
I was here for about a week when I was 16 and I can say from personal experience this place should be shut down. I was physically and verbally assaulted by a tech over a TV remote.
They hit and yell at the kids, and view them as lower than them. Former patient, my personal experience was better than most but what i saw was pretty evil.
