My mom just moved in. Kids running in the hallways, keeping my mom awake. And visitors' parking is horrible. You can't even access it in the winter cause of the snow pile. And the street parking is a block away. Terrible! Otherwise, my mom and family really like the size of the 2 bedroom. More modern looking than a lot of other places we've looked at. The price is quite high, though. All in all, we give it a solid 3
not a whole lot of peace and quiet, elevators and door often don't work. No visitor parking in the winter..
Sound proofing is crap if you have neighbors that don't care about others your in for a horrible time. Management won't do anything. Homeless sleep in building and mail is not safe.
The workers mudding and painting in the hallways and stairwells of our building 3132 11th Street W. have done an excellent job and are to be commended for their professionalism. Appreciate it.
Awesome experience at Broadstreet! Maitenance is so quick and helpful and the manager Georgia is awesome and responds so quickly.
