I’m just going to put my experience out here I did an 18 month lease. Pros- The staff is nice The apartments are decently priced for the area. They are pretty quick with some work orders Cons.- I had mold and water damage growing in my bathroom when I moved in. The was a leak under my sink causing water damage to my cabinets. My neighbor was blasting music in their car so loud the bass was making the walls shake I had to complain 4 times for it to stop. There are roaches Everywhere. The office staff is really nice and helps resolve problems quickly. They do special meals and events for us too. I really appreciated the help when the government was closed and food ran low.
It is a goodbhove for kids
Don’t do it. Roaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment, people don’t pick up after their pets, a bunch of maintenance issues, outdated apartments, people throw trash everywhere. Just save your money and go else where. I only gave it an extra star because the leasing agent it super kind.
