I did a tour with Larissa today and she’s so professional and down to earth. She listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I love the Cedar Park area and I’m looking forward to moving here.
Very organized on work orders and always prompt if it’s a serious issue. Staff is very friendly as well. The grounds are well kept and clean. They have people pick up our garbage at the door as well. Pools are great and kept clean often. We had been waiting for the gym to stay open for 24/7 (issue with door locks) but they were very communicative and kept us updated on the progress. I appreciate this apartment!
I couldn’t get any help from the office staff now. She was sitting at the desk and blatantly ignored me. The sign said the office opened at 1pm, but she would not assist me. Was a potential resident, no interest now.
I dropped by the office without an appointment and was immediately greeted with kindness. Chrissy generously took the time to walk me through the available unit, pricing, and details about the community. She also showed me an unit, which gave me a clear idea of the different options. I was truly impressed by her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude. I’m very grateful for the warm hospitality and the effort to make everything clear and easy to understand.
Lived here for 5 years and while overall the experience was fine (quiet community, no major issues) they will nickle and dime you. My rent was always inflated by $200~ for the valet trash that was hit or miss, the smart home stuff that never worked properly, and the Spectrum bulk package that they forced everyone to get. My rent essentially got raised every 6 months for 5 years. Staff are nice and the maintenance is friendly but they never complete the requests.
