Beware exorbitant move out fees and water shut offs! Resident for 4+ years. Pros: - Overworked, but dedicated maintaince. - Front staff wonderfully compassionate. - Love the location. The creek is beautiful and the ducks are wonderful and opinionated. - Love the pools. Well cared for. - 2 Story Buildings max. Roaches roaches roaches!! Beware! STAY AWAY from this complex they make very little effort to eradicate pests. Improper pest control methods. They simply do not care. The company they hire out to do it is called EnviroSmart.. check out their negative reviews as well because they will reflect what happens if you move here. Many of the buildings are infested and will continue to be.
