I’m just going to put my experience out here I did an 18 month lease. Pros- The staff is nice The apartments are decently priced for the area. They are pretty quick with some work orders Cons.- I had mold and water damage growing in my bathroom when I moved in. The was a leak under my sink causing water damage to my cabinets. My neighbor was blasting music in their car so loud the bass was making the walls shake I had to complain 4 times for it to stop. There are roaches Everywhere.
