In my opinion all the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed when I enter the office for questions I may have. Chrissy is initially the member of staff that has worked with me the most. She always greets me with a warm smile and has answered my questions with a high level of professionalism. Although I’m grateful to have had a roof over my head, it has been far from comfortable for the majority of the time I’ve spent my money here. First thing we noticed, besides a visibly dirty apartment, was the countertops are speckle painted and sealed incorrectly, causing a potentially hazardous food prep environment. Seriously, I’ve made maybe 10 meals in the entire 2.5 years I’ve lived here that didn’t have a paint chip baked into it. I tested the counters for lead right before we moved out, result was positive. If you are a person of color DO NOT LIVE HERE. * warning long, bad review* The property manager, Pricilla, was very discriminatory. I applied to live here by myself, my boyfriend (who is black) fell on hard times and needed a place to stay. I was waiting till he found a job to add him to the lease because I knew they’d ask for proof of income which he didn’t have at the moment.
