Dr is OK. Front desk and billing is horrible. Unable to bill my insurance correctly, wrong dates of service, wrong deductible amounts. Working with my insurance now to get them to refund nearly $500 of unnecessary out of pocket payments, It's been a nightmare. Sorry Southwest Asthma, my family and I were hopeful but no thanks. Incompetence at it's finest.
If you value your time, or if you have any concern about being milked for co pays, this place is not for you. Set appointment for an allergy test on my toddler, as he has had nasal congestion since a month or two old. What happened over the next hour and a half was nothing, I sat in a room waiting. I had properly planned 2 hours to go through the testing process, but when the doctor doesn't come in for an hour and thirty minutes, you no longer have time for the tests.
