Pet. Eng. Was having problems with my right eye being itchy and red. The doctor had said it was allergies due to the dry conditions. It has not rained in cypress for over 6 months and there is more dust, pollution, and "stuff" in the air. I was give the option of over the counter drops or some prescription medication. I got a prescription for drops but have used over the counter drops that seems to work OK. If they do not help in the next 2 days I am going to get the precription filled. Nice clean place I was very impressed with the staff at this place. Nice, Friendly, not pushy. Just wanted to get my glasses adjusted. They did not charge me for the adjustment.
just looking wow this place is nicer than any other that i have seen. I had a bad experience with cyfair family eyecare (walmart). did not come in for an appointment but the staff was friendly and not pushy. the doctor was walking around the office and ask me if i needed any help. i did not know that he was the doctor until the people working there told me. i asked is he that friendly to everyone. they said oh yess, he likes to talk and get to know people. next eye appointment i will be makeing that this office

Excellent Service Dr. Oevermann and the staff and Cypress Family Eyecare are wonderful. He is very good at explaining things to both adults and children. The office is well appointed and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff Wow, this is a great place. The people their really like working their. Ask for Laura she knew everything about the glasses I bought somewhere else. I was having problems and she found out that the prescription was upside down. Wally world made them and I could not understand why I was getting headaches.
Kid friendly My peditrician told me he thought that my daugher my have a problems seeing (3 years old). We took her to see Dr. Overmann at cypress family eyecare. He diagnosed her with farsighted and amblyopia. I do not know what either of these were and he explained them so i could understand
