TSO Champions far exceeded my expectations. My old bad eyes have seen many eye specialists and this location is one of the BEST. I stopped in to find out if they could help with my extremely high eye pressure and in 2 weeks my eye pressure was normal. I highly recommend this location. The front desk ladies are very nice and welcoming. They have the latest and greatest equipment and Dr Bailey and Dr. Patel are Absolutely Amazing and very knowledgeable and thorough with eye exams. I haven't been to the eye doctor in years, so I was a bit nervous. However, the staff were excellent- especially Dr. Patel who was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Ultimately, I ended up needing glasses. As a first timer when it comes to wearing them, I wasnt sure where to start when it came to selecting a pair. Ron was very patient with me. He took the time to help me pick the best frames and add ons that would suit my needs. Great customer service from start to finish. 10 out of 10 recommend! 👌
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming. The office is clean, well organized, and spacious. Dr Gates was awesome. She was compassionate and listened to my concerns without rushing me. She was very thorough too. I definitely recommend them!!
I've been dealing with itchy scratchy eyes for a while and I decided to get an eye exam today without an appointment I walked in and asked them if they where taking new patients and they said yes. I ask if there was any way I could be seen today and they said yes. The whole staff was very nice and friendly. I saw Dr. Gates and she was very thorough. It turns out I have dry eye. She recommended some drops and to use a heat mask. So far I will recommend them.
