Texas State Optical Of Champions is a very good Optometrist office with great staff. The office is easy for me to access and has ample parking. The office is very clean and well maintained and the level of eye exam you can get here is very comprehensive. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and don't plan on changing up as long as they are at this location with the quality staff that they have. TSO Champions far exceeded my expectations. My old bad eyes have seen many eye specialists and this location is one of the BEST. I stopped in to find out if they could help with my extremely high eye pressure and in 2 weeks my eye pressure was normal. I highly recommend this location. The front desk ladies are very nice and welcoming. They have the latest and greatest equipment and Dr Bailey and Dr. Patel are Absolutely Amazing and very knowledgeable and thorough with eye exams. I haven't been to the eye doctor in years, so I was a bit nervous. However, the staff were excellent- especially Dr. Patel who was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Ultimately, I ended up needing glasses. As a first timer when it comes to wearing them, I wasnt sure where to start when it came to selecting a pair. Ron was very patient with me. He took the time to help me pick the best frames and add ons that would suit my needs. Great customer service from start to finish. 10 out of 10 recommend! 👌
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming. The office is clean, well organized, and spacious. Dr Gates was awesome. She was compassionate and listened to my concerns without rushing me. She was very thorough too. I definitely recommend them!!
