Christina, Meki and their staff members always provide a great customer service experience each time I visit their office. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming. The office is clean, well organized, and spacious. Dr Gates was awesome. She was compassionate and listened to my concerns without rushing me. She was very thorough too. I definitely recommend them!!
I appreciate the time and care I received during my appointment. I was not herded thru, I was provided with the information that was needed for my condition. Dr. Butte took the time and had utmost patience explaining the tests. All of the technicians were friendly and made me very comfortable. Choosing and trying on glasses was enjoyable and thanks to Meki’s expertise, I am confident with the decisions made with my eyewear needs. Thank you so very much.
Tracy and her staff are amazing. Tracy adjusted my glasses and did an excellent job. I'm so thankful for Tracy's kindness and quick lightning fast service. Thanks again Tracy! You rock!!
