My husband has been coming to this facility for over 5 years. The office staff, doctor and everyone has been very helpful and professional during his eye care treatment journey. However, on Wed the 23rd my husband had questions about a specific product being covered under his insurance. Ron really helped me find a frame that fit me. And he was very kind and very passionate about the information he gave me. I had a very pleasant visit.
After today's visit, I will no longer be returning to this office. This "Dr" showed no empathy or compassion towards me as a patient. Her words to me were, and i quote "im frustrated having to repeat the same thing to you." I was not asking her to hold my but a genuine question about a product she keeps pushing on me, how it works and is it covered through my insurance. How those questions set her off? I don't know. I just hope moving forward she shows more compassion towards her patients.
