OMG!!! They love my dog and she loves them! They are so wonderful and sweet with her. She is still young at one year old. One time she actually jumped out of the window of my suv in the parking lot and ran to the door. (scared me to death!) Jolie, has so much fun when she visits here. I know they treat her wonderfully whether it is boarding, day care or grooming because she is always excited when she goes back. I totally recommend Cypress Falls Pet Resort and Spa for their dog or cat.

My disabled husband and I went over to this "new" facility to explore before leaving our pet for a vacation stay. We walked into a beautiful building where there were two employees. One was on the phone in front of a computer. She looked up and smiled. The other walked over to answer a ringing phone and also got on the computer. Several minutes later, the second employee asked if she could help. I asked to get a price list and if we could see the facility. If you are a pet lover, be wary, this company is careless unprofessional and I would never recommend or use this pet spa and resort ever again.

Good service is hard to find as we all know nowadays. Luckily, I found it just around the corner! CyFalls Pet Resort is amazing! I took my 2 year old pomeranian, who has had 2 hip surgeries and tremendous matting problems to them and she looks like a brand new puppy! She feels so much better and has so much more mobility she can actually jump up on the couch with us again! They are such a blessing and "Farrah" will definitely become a regular there. :)
