I am sorry to see some bad reviews because we have never had anything but stellar service here! After reading the bad reviews it is obvious that the complaining customers were the problem! Our dogs love it here and the staff has been wonderful! They even allowed early check in when we were leaving on a trip! The staff has never been rude to us!
We used Cypress Fall Pet Resort to board our Lab puppy (9 mo) and Dachshund (7 yrs) fur babies. They loved it. I toured the facility a bout 2 weeks prior to their stay. I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. While I was on tour, I observed many happy puppies in doggy day care! When we were dropping our babies, I observed two separate dogs come in to go to doggy day care and they both ran right up to that door and barked to get in. So cute! We left our elderly dog for the holidays at Cypress Falls. She has several medical issues and they took very good care of her. She ran out of medicine while we were gone, they were kind enought to drive to the vet and pick up the refill. I feel very good leaving our beloved doggy there with them!
This is the greatest place for all pets!!! They treat each furry family member with immense love, respect, compassion. Our two pugs were so very loved and treated VERY well. We will always return to this place as we trust them with our furry babies!
I completely and honestly recommend this business. Their groomers really know what they are doing (how different dog breeds should be cut) and they are very professional. I know my dogs are spoiled when they are in their care. Also, the owner has a sincere heart for animals and leads her staff in such a way.
I take three of my four dogs here for grooming; they're the best! Always trim my guys exactly like I want them. And instead of being fearful, like at other groomers, my poodle enters the grooming salon calmly. One of my pups also attends Day Care here. OMG! They spend a lot of quality time with her and she brings home a report card of her daily activities every time she visits! They really get to know your dog and treat them like royalty. LOVE this place!
Prince is a small, gregarious "alpha" dog that wants to be in charge. Candidly we worried that " Little mister smarty-pants" might get himself in trouble or cause trouble at Doggy-Day Care. Instead, after passing a detailed temperment evaluation, Denise the lead Daycare provider educated me, "Prince is here to go to school". My dog came home with broken ribs!!! We left our dog over the weekend recently. When we picked him up he would make a horrible crying sound. It was very noticeable that he was in pain. We took him to the vet first thing Tuesday and found that he had 5 broken ribs. We still don't know the outcome, but are praying for good news. The staff did mention that he tried to bite the staff. I boarded my dog, Chloe during the 4th of July holiday. She stayed 7 days there and she also received a beautiful groom before we picked her up. Chloe was happy to see us but I could tell that she was well taken care of. Her tail was wagging and she did not seem stressed like the other places I had previously boarded her at. The folks at Cypress Falls Pet Resort are awesome. They allow you to bring your dog back to her room and get her settled in and they discuss anything yo may have concerns about.
