So, I am the manager here at Eyechic optical in Philadelphia, and we had a problem with our front door. I called Cypress door for emergency service, and the technician arrived at 5:53pm. The dispatcher quoted me $250.00 for the service call, and $250.00 per hour labor, plus any parts needed. The tech was here till 7:51pm, and I sent the owner of our store the surveillance camera footage to prove it.
