All Staff were extremely Professional, displaying Courtesy upon Entry and Exit.
I am SO impressed with Dr. Corkern and his friendly staff. He was able to find the source of an issue I was having that two other dentists in town missed. They take their time to make sure you are getting the best and most personal care. They are also great at sending reminders and follow ups. 5 stars does not do his office justice. They are exceptional!!
My parents convinced me to try Dr. Corkern a few years ago and I am so glad I did! About a year ago my son developed a significant fear to going to the dentist. It was so extreme he would visible shake on the way to the dentist and almost vomit. He was seeing a different dentist at the time and after explaining this to them and requesting I accompany my son to to the treatment area, they still refused for me to enter with him. One aspect of a positive dental experience in my opinion is the friendliness of the staff. The dental assistant, Dr. Corkern and his entire team made us feel like we where at home. Their knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff will welcome you warmly as soon as you arrive at the office. (AND... continue to check on you). Everyone was friendly and very helpful. As always, professional service that is efficient and effective.
I recently lost a cap due to some delicious, but very sticky milk duds.... on a Sunday!! I called the service and Dr. Corkern actually offered to meet me at the office on Sunday afternoon! My tooth wasn't hurting, so they squeezed me in Monday afternoon. The cap replacement was quick and thankfully, painless! As always everyone was very personable, professional and kind!!
Heather great as usual and took good care of me. Dr. Foster always have me laughing. Both make going to the dentist office not a big deal.
