Shangri-La! The variety of birds singing every morning is joyful. Top tier maintenance and management. The park takes care of grass cutting and trash pick up. Manager's available. I appreciate the enforced rules. Owner is also on site occasionally. This community can be like family. The location to outside needs is great; banking, grocery, gym, train, I-95 access, beach is 4 miles away-- yet it's tucked away and secluded in some ways. Best of both worlds. I lived in other MH parks, CCMHP outshines the others- easily. 🫰

With only a word of advice, Avoid this Mobile Home Park at all cost. In my own personal experience here, and in only my opinion, these people thrive on taking advantage of others with attempts of controling, deceiving, and intimidating the people that live there. In doing so, they may eventually, even try to take possession of your trailer. However, fate & justice will eventually prevail, as God sees all.
