Raise in rent is due to HUD updating income limits? Someone making $2,000.00 a month is supposed to pay $1,800.00 a month? And you're blaming HUD housing? Dear management, I have been waiting for over a month to have my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors inspected. I have called 5 different times as well as left voicemails reporting this and asking about this situation. They randomly go off at all hours of the night while we are sleeping (I have cameras inside my apartment for proof) and no one has yet to come out. I was told to take the batteries out (which is illegal if you do not immediately replace them) and I told the girl you literally can not take the batteries ... read more
My stove and microwave and fire alarm have all been broken for over 5 months. I cannot get anyone to fix it without a confrontation. This new, "Manager" already needs to understand how awful it is to pay rent on time but they can't fix anything on time...
