Just finished living here for 21 months and I couldn’t have enjoyed my time here more! I never had an issue with anyone in the front office, the grounds were always well maintained and being in a gated apartment complex prevented any issues with safety and security during the entire time I was here. There are monthly resident activities, a well-kept pool area and the staff stays in contact through emails and newsletters. I've been looking for a new apartment for quite some time. My work schedule is crazy so it's been a process. I did a walk through at Cypress Creek apartments recently and I have to say the manager, Shala, and her office staff are the bomb.com!!! They answered every question no matter how small and gave me all the time I needed to feel the place out. Very attentive and truly cared. Very livable. Nice jogging / walking tracks. Laundary may be improved. Machines are efficient but some residents don't clear the clothes in time from the machines. Well maintained and a very safe place for residents. Trash management, Gym and swimming pool are noteworthy.
I moved in here in July 2022, but because of job change, I had to terminate my lease in late January 2023. While being a resident here, I have nothing but praise for the property and the staff, specially Kimberly, the Community Director. She’s a very nice and sweet lady and always a pleasant to talk to. And whenever I have maintenance request, it’s always taken care of immediately. Thank you, Kimberly and team! Y’all do a great job, keep it up!
