I've been looking for a new apartment for quite some time. My work schedule is crazy so it's been a process. I did a walk through at Cypress Creek apartments recently and I have to say the manager, Shala, and her office staff are the bomb.com!!! They answered every question no matter how small and gave me all the time I needed to feel the place out. Very attentive and truly cared. Very livable. Nice jogging / walking tracks. Laundary may be improved. Machines are efficient but some residents don't clear the clothes in time from the machines. Well maintained and a very safe place for residents. Trash management, Gym and swimming pool are noteworthy.
I came in for a tour of a 1 bedroom home. The office staff was so friendly, welcoming, and informative. The property looks so well maintained, I am so excited to move to my new home.
Unethical Unprofessional New Management messed it up. They can't even fix the entry door. When I left apartment, I gave the forwarding address but they didn't send me any left over charges and sent to debt collector. Stay away from this apartment until the management is changed. Previous management was much better
Shala and her staff were kind and thoughtful They answered every question we had made our time at Cedar Creek a great experience at a stressful time in our lives. We had a tree fall on our house and had 6 months construction on it. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.
