We had been residents for two years after selling our home and moved recently. When they say you never know what you have until it’s gone, is very accurate. We are returning back to Cypress Creek after our short leave. This is home for us. The staff and environment is what is bringing us back. Shala has to be the best property manager CC has ever had. I recently had a plumbing issue and Matt, maintenance supervisor, was fast to respond. He anticipated my issue and had the parts and tools in hand to fix my issue. He is a pro! He did a great job! Thank you Matt!
Just finished living here for 21 months and I couldn’t have enjoyed my time here more! I never had an issue with anyone in the front office, the grounds were always well maintained and being in a gated apartment complex prevented any issues with safety and security during the entire time I was here. There are monthly resident activities, a well-kept pool area and the staff stays in contact through emails and newsletters.
