May be if they stay at the office until 6 pm as mentioned on their notice outside the office and on their websites, may be they might be able to help the tenants in need. I am glad the loud neighbors have finally moved out. Even with the constant complaints, no action was taken on them. One good thing about this place is that the maintenance of these apartments is done by some knowledgeable people and are quick in fixing issues. No assigned parking spaces so parking is very difficult. If you get home after 6:00 Pm don’t expect to park close to your apartment, be prepared to park on the other side of the complex and walk to your unit. Management refuse to address abandon inoperable vehicles with two flat tires, which is a violation of their lease, left in a prime parking spot. Spider issue inside and out side of the unit.
If you enjoy living with spiders and looking over your shoulder every time you walk to your vehicle, this is the place for you.
This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever came across. I have complained several times about people parking in handicap spot with no permits and nothing has been done about it.
Great apartments, clean, well kept, friendly staff all in all a nice place to rent.
I lived at cypress bend village for months. The staff is amazing. They will go out of their way to do anything for you. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
