I recently lost my beloved cat of 15 years Chandler, I came to cypress animal hospital to have him cremated, when I came in the nurse at the front was very kind. When I went back to pick up his remains the staff again was so sweet and acknowledged my loss. When I got home I unpacked his remains and evrything was so beautiful.
