I Purchased my vehicle from Cypress Auto Center. A 2006 Ram 2500, after I arrived home I noticed the passenger seat controls were not fully operational. I called with my concerns about this issue and spoke with Annie the office manager, she spoke with Sam the owner and he agreed to repair the seat at no charge. WARNING!!!! ….DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Annie and Aaron are liars and this dealership misrepresents what they are selling. Not to mention the owner refuses to call me back to discuss the multiple issues associated with the fraudulent representation of the truck they sold me. Tired buying a truck from this place three different times. Absolutely no wiggle room just because they spray the beds clean underneath and maybe throw some tires on it. The same year truck with 100k and 50k will cost you the same amount cause of some clean tires. Place is a joke. Take a little extra time and do some searching. You WILL find the vehicle you're looking for at a much lower price than this place.
Bought a truck here last year. Everyone was very nice and no pressure. I had the truck inspected by my mechanic. Found some minor issues to address but I kick myself for not having him scan the truck. About 400miles later I got a check engine light and it's been downhill since. Nothing but issues and now I'm stuck with a large loan and truck with costly repairs. Probably won't buy from here again but maybe I just got a lemon.
Purchased a truck, everything was resolved and satisfied with the truck.
