Found a vehicle that was hard to find at this place, called them up, a live person answered, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, we set up a appointment, they sent someone out to the airport to pick me up, drove the car, agreed on a price, bing bang boom!!! Deal done!! The way buying cars use to be!!! I highly recommend Cypress Auto to anyone looking to do an easy old fashioned car deal!! I will be buying more from them in the future!

I bought a car from cypress auto back in july. Problem after problem. Sensors are going off daily. It leaks from the windshield, oil sensor goes off even after having the oil changed. Old owners address still on computer. Battery sensor goes on everyday. My mechanic can't figure out what is wrong. Not happy at all.
Annie and Aaron were great! Friendly, answered all my questions, offered future help if needed and took time just talk about life. Would return.
Fantastic. All around. Annie was so sweet and helpful. Not pushy at all. Had a terrible experience with another dealer down the road after driving for 6 hours to buy a truck.
