If I could review with zero stars I would. I almost never write reviews but this one deserves public attention. Immediately after meeting the staff in charge it seemed I felt like I was inconveniencing them by coming to their establishment. I had a valuable truck I WAS interested in selling to them and the sir in charge started by clearly setting up a lowball offer before we even made it out of his office. They have a great selection of trucks and Aaron is very knowledgeable and answered questions and even fixed a small issue I found. Highly recommend them
My husband and I drove from Reno to look at a specific truck at Cypress Auto Center. That truck wasn’t right for us, but Annie was so great, she helped us find the right truck for us. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all, She is definitely one of the best sales representative I have ever worked with. Here’s hoping this truck last as our previous one did.
I cannot tell you how well I was treated as a first-time customer at this shop. I have purchased cars since I was 16 years old and this was the first-time, I was treated like the purchase I was making mattered to them.
