Home Health Team just can’t seem to get it right, people come and go the hiring pay rate is a slap in the face $15.39 to do all that labor when some clients is quite difficult. Don’t give the aides documented breaks at all. They don’t always respond back abd will ignore you.. won’t give appreciation to the aides but will be quick to discipline. The Executive over the home health team there is the worst have no idea how to run that place properly
Home care team is amazing and answered all of my questions . Made me feel like family . Kaitlin was one of the girls I spoke with . She was very helpful .
