Shown a place by Matt Brigden. Literally the owner and president of this management company. He was going to get a repair done. Didn't. Made promises to do stuff. Didn't. He then requested the rental application. We sent one. No answer. Even messaged him to meet, sign the lease, give him the payment. No response. Eventually, got hold of him (not easy because he ghosts you) and he said that it was not available. Rudely. Which was untrue. It was still empty for two months.
