Unexpected visit with really bad news for my beloved dog but the staff was very attentive and the doctor very informative.
This is the WORST vet I have EVER been to in my life. Rude, unprofessional, and DUMB. The technician I dealt with today was absolutely HORRIBLE. I have no idea how William French got a license to practice in the first place, but it needs to be revoked before he kills someone’s animal!!!

I've been visiting cypress for about a year now. We have brought both our cats here and doctor french was amazing even when one was clearly cursing him out! Everyone was so kind and heart felt when we had to put one of our babies down! Dr. French is amazing and caring!
Dr. Benjamin Stone is my vet and my petite 90 lb dobie Ruby and Iove him and the staff.
