David Swayne is an amazingly caring human being who just happens to be my GP. He is current on treatment and diagnoses of every ailment I bring to him. I highly recommend his outstanding care to everyone I know.

They took the time to answer all questions that I had and encouraged me on what aspects of my health was good and kindly encouraged me to do better on the areas that I need to improve. They gave me suggestions that were practical. I love going to Eagle Family Medicine at Triad Family Practice. My family and I have been going here for 30 years.
