Do NOT schedule here. I called in September of 2023 to schedule my initial appointment which was made for January 16th 2024. I know that dermatologists typically book out quite a ways for new patients so the 4 month time frame to be seem didn't seem too out of the ordinary. The morning of my appointment they called to cancel with no explanation and said the soonest they could get me in was April 2024. I was frustrated but accepted the appointment. Very detached, no time had to beg her to see me because I was 15 minutes late . No grace period. I was in pain, she reluctantly look at my rash in the waiting room the waiting room no privacy because I was in pain and needed her to do something. No person or patient should be treated or made to feel you have to beg a doctor to see you and for help. And! to make matters worst she misdiagnosed me after I went to see a skin specialist after how she treated me.
Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Proactive, taking appropriate time to explain concerns, procedures and healthy habits- very much appreciated. She made the entire visit comfortable and pleasant. A true asset to the Mercy practice. Thank you!
