Dr. Shughrue spent a fair amount of time with me and asked a lot of questions. She didn't just hurry off to the next patient. Since this was my first visit, I felt heard and understood since she gave me ample time and asked good questions.

I have been calling to schedule 2 people for new patient since we havent been in few years. Everytime i call, I have been put on 15 to 30 mini holds. Then after holding for so long i get told we are short staffed and asked if i would like a call back. I never get a call back. I called 3 times last week multiple times and never get called back. How do you keep patients with a staff that cant keep their word. I hope i dont die from something before i get a call back.
I have been seeing Dr. Cindy since I was about 16 and she is still my doctor at age 47. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable in her field. She is also very compassionate and empathetic.
