Cynthia is best in class. Exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and responsive. A great listener, who works hard to really understand her clients' goals and objectives and is incredibly patient. She handled the sale of our home in Calabasas to perfection - the process was quick and painless and she delivered a result that far exceeded our expectations. She also happens to be a wonderful, high character human being, who we enjoy spending time with.
Cynthia helped sell my home - and I cannot recommend her enough. My house had been on the market with another agent for six months - once Cynthia came into the picture, she was able to get us a multiple offers in 2 days! Our house was a difficult house to close due to some permits. This didn’t scare Cynthia away. She hung in over a year and was available to answer any of our questions without fail. So many realtors would have jumped ship, looking for a quick close, but Cynthia did the heavy lifting and made it all worthwhile for us. She did so well for us that we had our daughter go to her to buy her new home as well. We will never work with anyone else!
